Mr. Tuggle is an attorney whose practice is focused on commercial litigation, bankruptcy, creditor and debtors' rights, and business reorganization. He is experienced in all phases of the litigation process, including arbitration, mediation, motion practice, oral argument, discovery, and trial preparation.
Mr. Tuggle has been working in Arizona and Nevada as an attorney for several years. Prior to his work in private practice, Mr. Tuggle served as a law clerk to Honorable Robert Clive Jones, who was serving both as a bankruptcy court judge and as a member of the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the Ninth Circuit at the time, and who currently serves on the United States District Court, District of Nevada.
Mr. Tuggle has also worked on a number of cases in which an opinion was published.

- Defended a Board of Directors member of a failed corporation against claims asserted by the company’s creditors
- Successful settlement for $25,000 of a $1 million dollar negligence claim against a real estate broker
- Obtained an appellate reversal of an initial jury award of $5 million dollars
- Representation of financial institutions with more than $6 billion dollars in secured real estate investment pools
