Mr. Lee is a tax and transactional attorney whose practice focuses in the areas of federal, state and local tax law, as well as general corporate matters. His practice includes providing tax advice and representing taxpayers in disputed matters. He also does estate planning and administers trusts and decedents' estates.
Mr. Lee was a Professor of Law at Arizona State University College of Law for 13 years. He was also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Minnesota Law School. He served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Roger Traynor of the California Supreme Court from 1963-1964.
