Mr. Farrell is a litigator whose practice focuses in complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on corporate, real estate, intellectual property, antitrust and business disputes.
He has extensive trial and appellate experience, and has been the head of the Litigation Department's Provisional Remedies Group since 1997.
