Mr. Esch is the Chair of the Real Estate Practice Group. He focuses his practice on institutional lending and real estate oriented transactions.
He has extensive experience with financing, acquisition, development, construction, leasing and sale of commercial, industrial, and retail real estate projects, as well as loan workouts and foreclosures.
