Mr. Humphrey is a litigator who approaches each case seeking to quickly identify and focus on core dispositive issues. He believes that effective advocacy encompasses an acute understanding of the client's goals and legal landscape, as well as the dynamics of the situation and the particular individuals involved.
Mr. Humphrey's litigation experience includes wide ranging complex commercial, fiduciary duty, real estate, and insurance disputes. He is also an experienced bankruptcy attorney, having represented debtors and creditors in both individual and complex corporate Chapter 11 reorganizations, loan workouts, and preference and fraudulent transfer litigation. Mr. Humphrey has briefed and argued multiple bankruptcy and commercial litigation appeals.

- Participation in major Chapter 11 reorganizations, including the bankruptcy cases of a professional sports franchise, a major national real estate development company, and a company with a $1 billion loan portfolio
