Mr. Leavitt is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation department. His experience includes commercial, employment and probate litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Leavitt practiced at a law firm in Twin Falls, Idaho. While attending the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, he served on the executive Board of Jurimetrics: The Journal of Law, Science, and Technology. Mr. Leavitt also worked as a judicial clerk to the Hon. Nancy Porter in Elko, NV and the Hon. Molly J. Huskey at the Idaho Court of Appeals.
