Mr. Pursell is a litigator whose practice focuses in the areas of commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation. His experience includes participation in complex class action lawsuits, but focuses on trade secret, non-competition and non-solicitation disputes.
Before entering the practice of law, Mr. Pursell was a patrol officer with the Pascagoula, Mississippi Police Department.
