Mr. Fradkin is a litigator with extensive trial experience in the areas of medical and professional malpractice defense, personal injury defense, and insurance defense.
He is a Certified Specialist in Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation by the State Bar of Arizona's Board of Legal Specialization.
Representative Engagements
- Mr. Fradkin has more than 25 years of experience in conducting personal injury trials. He has focused his practice on the defense of physicians, hospitals and other medical professionals in medical malpractice cases on behalf of the largest medical liability insurer in Arizona, other carriers, and several Valley hospitals and medical centers
- Mr. Fradkin has taken more than 50 jury trials to verdict, the majority of them being medical or other professional liability cases, and significant personal injury or wrongful death matters
- Mr. Fradkin also represents physicians and other professionals before various licensing boards in disciplinary matters
