Mr. Weiss is a Member of Jennings, Strouss & Salmon in the Real Estate department, working primarily with clients that are buying, selling and leasing retail, office, industrial, and multifamily properties. Mr. Weiss also counsels clients on business transactions, including the preparation of asset and stock purchase agreements, security agreements, operating agreements, shareholders agreements, promissory notes, consulting agreements, confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements and other business-related contracts.

Mr. Weiss has also worked as a solo practitioner, and has worked in the legal department of the National Association of Home Builders in Washington D.C., while attending law school.

  • Represent landowner regarding development of exclusive 14 townhome community adjacent to a golf course.

  • Represent landlords and tenants in the preparation, review and enforcement of commercial leases.

  • Represent professional athletes with business and real estate transactions and the formation of entities for liability protection and privacy concerns.

  • Represent doctors and dentists with the acquisition, sale and leasing of commercial property.

  • Represent commercial real estate brokers with their personal real estate investments, including the formation of entities and the preparation of operating agreements and other legal documents.

  • Represent commercial real estate borrowers regarding the review of loan documents and the issuance of legal opinion letters.
