Brian Imbornoni is a trial attorney whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including real estate, construction, agri-business and insurance brokerage disputes. He has extensive trial and appellate court experience. Mr. Imbornoni also practices in the areas of personal injury litigation and medical malpractice defense.
Prior to entering the field of law, Mr. Imbornoni worked in accounting and finance for a global technology firm.

- Represented federal receiver of state-chartered bank in 126 consolidated actions to enforce promissory notes relating to limited partnership investments
- Represented national brokerage firm in defense of action relating to insolvency of London market insurance underwriting syndicates
- Represented Arizona dairy farmers in defense of actions by dairy cooperative for alleged breach of exclusive marketing and non-compete agreements
- Represented Arizona construction contractors in defense of complex construction cases, including public works projects and construction of highways, bridges, school buildings and other commercial developments
