Mr. Stevens is Chair of the firm's Business Restructuring and Reorganization department. His practice focuses on debt resolution, Chapter 11 practice, including, representation of committees, creditors, debtors and trustees, bankruptcy litigation and collection matters, including foreclosures, replevins, fraudulent transfer actions, provisional remedies and other actions involving the collection of secured and unsecured debt.
