Mr. Stevens is a bankruptcy attorney and litigator whose practice focuses on debt resolution, Chapter 11 practice, including, representation of committees, creditors, debtors and trustees, bankruptcy litigation and collection matters, including foreclosures, replevins, fraudulent transfer actions, provisional remedies and other actions involving the collection of secured and unsecured debt.
