Ann M. Dumenil Of Counsel

Ms. Dumenil is Of Counsel to the firm, practicing exclusively in Arizona state and local tax planning and tax litigation. She represents a wide variety of businesses, including utilities, manufacturers, contractors, developers, wholesale distributors, retailers and hotels on Arizona state and local sales and use tax, property tax, state income tax and other local tax matters.

Ms. Dumenil is experienced in representing multi-state businesses on Arizona sales tax and use tax collection duty issues. She also represents interstate businesses on apportionment and allocation issues under Arizona's state income tax laws. Ms. Dumenil represents numerous nonprofit hospitals, churches and other charitable organizations on Arizona state and local tax matters.
