Alan Christenson is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. His practice focuses on all aspects of real estate law. Mr. Christenson drafts and negotiates restaurant, retail, and office leases, purchase contracts, and title-related documents, such as easements. He assists clients with real estate sales, acquisitions and development. Mr. Christenson also has experience evaluating and resolving zoning matters.

Before law school, Mr. Christenson worked as a financial analyst for Zions Bancorporation in Salt Lake City, Utah. During his time in law school, Mr. Christenson worked as a legal extern for Justice Nehring of the Utah Supreme Court.
