Brad Stevens Appointed President of The State Bar of Arizona Bankruptcy Section


Jennings, Strouss & Salmon is pleased to announce that Bradley J. Stevens a Member (Partner) with the firm's Phoenix office, has been appointed as President of the State Bar of Arizona Bankruptcy Section. The purpose of the Section is to promote the objectives of the State Bar in the fields of bankruptcy, insolvency laws, debtor's rights, creditor's rights and related fields such as organizational, educational, and promotional activities and review of and comment on pending and existing legislation, rules and procedures.

Stevens, a Moon Valley resident, is a bankruptcy attorney and litigator whose practice focuses on debt resolution and Chapter 11 practice. He represents committees, creditors, debtors and trustees, and handles bankruptcy litigation and collection matters, including foreclosures, replevins, fraudulent transfer actions, provisional remedies and other actions involving collection of secured and unsecured debt. He is a member of the Commercial Law League of America and the American Bankruptcy Institute.

Stevens received his J.D. from the University of Utah College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Utah.
