Brad Hartman Elected to Executive Counsel for State Bar IP Law Section

Hartman, a Member with the firm's Phoenix office, has been elected to the Executive Counsel for the State Bar of Arizona's Intellectual Property Law Section.

Hartman, a Phoenix resident, represents clients in the clearance, registration and enforcement of trademarks in the U.S. and internationally, including litigation in federal courts and in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He also represents clients in the protection, licensing and enforcement of patents, copyright-protected materials, Internet domain names and trade secrets. Mr. Hartman negotiates and drafts complex agreements involving the acquisition, protection and licensing of intellectual property rights, as well as confidentiality, assignment and non-disclosure agreements. He also works with clients in recovering pirated domain names and halting the infringement of intellectual property rights on the Internet.
