Jennings, Strouss & Salmon seeks an associate attorney to join its Energy Practice Group in Washington, DC. Requirements include:  2-4 years of practice before FERC, including direct participation in litigated proceedings; in-depth knowledge of federal electric regulatory law; and demonstrated experience with FERC’s pro forma open access transmission tariff, major FERC electric orders and regulations, organized wholesale electricity markets, and PURPA. Experience with the Dodd-Frank Act and CFTC regulations are a plus. Superior research and writing skills are essential.

Jennings, Strouss & Salmon, P.L.C. is recruiting for a partnership-track position for an attorney with 2-5 years of general family law or litigation experience. The firm’s Family Law Department represents clients in collaborative divorce, mediation and negotiation, pre- and postnuptial agreements, divorce litigation, child custody and support, spousal maintenance, property division, paternity, adoption and guardianship. We are looking for an associate with strong communication skills and written work product, and the desire to contribute to a talented team of well-respected lawyers in all areas of family law and domestic relations. Must be an active member in good standing of the State Bar of Arizona.
